Diet Soda & Aspartame

Here is the info I was talking about in chat last night in regards to Aspartame..This is scary stuff..I see withdrawal for me in the near future..

Diet soda is NOT a diet product! It is a chemically altered, multiple SODIUM (salt) and ASPARTAME containing product that actually makes you crave carbohydrates. It is far more likely to make you GAIN weight!

Does anyone realize that ASPERTAME is literally the fecal matter of genetically engineered Ecoli bacteria - they feed it toxic waste and then the bacteria defecate aspartame? So you are ingesting Ecoli chit as a sweetener! Don't believe me? Google it!

Not to mention, your body metabolizes it as embalming fluid!

It's always tasted like chit to me anyway! can't stand it in anything!
