As promised, here are some pics from the new zoo exhibit here in Winnipeg. The pics are of the 2 females, Aurora and Kaska, and were taken from in the tunnel. There is also 2 pics of the ringed seals (one is completely blind while the other is partially blind).

The entire exhibit covers 10 acres and has been done to resemble the northern tundra and includes the polar bears, a pack of timber wolves, snowy owls, and more. The zoo will also now be the epicenter for research as well as medical care for the polar bears.
