My Computer Has A Virus

My computer has a virus..the other day I did a system restore and that seemed to help but now I keep getting a message "MS Removal Tool System Scan) when I click it says to enter credit card info to purchase..Ahh don't think so

Also the MS Removal Tool said the virus is: Lsas.Blaster.Keyloger

So attached is the blue screen that popped up..Also I tried google to see how I can get rid of this nasty bug but don't understand computer jibber jabber

If you have any suggestions please post them..I am currently in safe mode..

Paula I have Malawarebytes and did a scan and deleted all potential threats..I will download the google pack..

sarah im no expert but firstly the blue screen you get that above that shuts down the computer i get every now and again its a pain in the ass but every few days i get same screen and computer restarts but i just live with it asnot sure if its a virus or just my computers fecked lol but i dont think that screen is totally connected to the virus tho could be wrong as if i read right and its system tool virus you have got then thats a right fecker, its totally screwed my computer a few times and its near nigh impossible to get rid of tho think i might have using malwarebytes tho i had to get rid of it by searching hidden files and locating system tool and deleting it and it was not easy to do, if it is system tool virus then try malwarebytes as posted above if not google system tool virus and see some other solutions as there are thousands posting advice or looking for advice on it, as its asking for credit card details then im guessing it is that virus as basically it comes up on you r pc as an antivirus and tells you pc is infected and starts showing you what viruses you have , well you probably dont have the viruses like Lsas.Blaster.Keyloger

or others it tells you as system tool is the virus but antiviruses wont get rid of it as its done to show as a program not virus and most antiviruses wont pick it up, and if you have got it try to rid pc fast as eventually it will disable it totally, another idea is to switch pc on and start task manager as its loading up and stop the program as soon as it appears if you are quick enough as it takes a few seconds to start

sarah if you are talking about the blue screen above then not being negative but it might not be gone, as i said i keep getting that every few days and everything works fine inbetween so you might still get it again

Thanks for your help Paul..the blue screen I got the other day..but did a malaware scan in safe mode and got rid of the so called virus..when a little pop up said my comp was infected, it wanted me to enter my credit card details to have it fixed..nope didn't give details..

Everything seems fine now..if it happens again then I'm hitting up the big guy (Geno)..lol..

Hi kids, this indeed is NOT a system related error. It is, remnants of the INFECTION. Sarah I emailed you some instructions, but may not fix this issue. I sent help to Broxi, but he has neither the time or patience to do it. LOL
That was a while ago, babes, still issues? AHA!!

ANYWAYS, THE ONLY WAY TO FOR CERTAIN RID THIS SUCKER IS BY DOING A SYSTEM RECOVERY, WHICH TAKES YOUR COMPUTER BACK TO DAY 1.
You may luck out, some do, by doing the steps I sent, SIS, and be rid of it completely! I hope so.
Or like Broxi, have it mostly good enough to deal with, for a while, but not totally gone.
AGAIN I REPEAT THAT IS NOT A TRUE SYSTEM ERROR, BUT PART OF THE INFECTION CAUSING SYSTEM FILES TO LOOK IN THE WRONG PLACES ON SYSTEM FOR THESE FILES- THE FILES ARE STILL THERE & INTACT, I PROMISE.

oh my dearest and sweetest patti, you know i was grateful for your help and i did use your advice hence reason i can actually use my laptop lol, but as it works now thats good enough for me, i would set my pc back to factory settings but WELL you know what im like with computers, i dont have restore discs lmao and can't reset this without them, tho it has crossed my mind to get them from acer but the £50 figure puts me off lol and this damned pc wont let me reset back to factory settings without them, but your help is always appreciated, as for me ive more time than ever at moment, but you got me lol patience isn't my strong point

When I get those strange random issue's, I just run this program and it takes about 15-30 minutes to run and every time afterwards every thing is great again.
