Hi, Thanks for posting this and good luck to all who can use it. I registered and played the $2000.00 and I ended up at the end of the hour, up around $600.00. A message displayed that I was a winner and to click on the message link to claim it. This took me to the bank where I guess I was supposed to deposit my $50.00. As I wasn't then sure how many times I was going to have to play my deposit, I logged out and sent them an email requesting information on how exactly to get my winnings. I didn't get any answer from them. I made another request from their web site on the form they have for support, and still to date, I haven't heard from them. That was several days ago now, 4 maybe 5, I can't remember exactly.
I suppose I could've gone to live chat, but I had to leave within a few minutes and so I chose the email route. I felt that they would probably respond within a day or 2 and that they were probably busy with many email questions because of the new casino and free play. I don't expect anything now because it is way past the 72 hours for claiming the free play after registration, and that was partly my fault since I didn't try to phone them or use live chat, however, I think they should have had some sort of system in place letting people know they had a wait time of a certain amount of time for email replies. I didn't pursue it any further, after reading here that Canadians weren't allowed to play here, because my win would've been null and void anyway. I do think that support could've told me that. I didn't read anything about Canada not being allowed when I read about other countries. A bit misleading maybe?
Just my 2 cents worth, but I like to play at casinos that offer bonuses that are real and reasonable. This seems to be a rarity lately. I actually prefer straight play from my deposit and no play through, so that if I win, I can withdraw when I want to. I just thought I'd try this out because I've never been eligible to play any other casinos that have them because I was already a member when they came up with these types of promos.
O.K., I'm through whining so, I will now get down off my soap box and let somebody else post their question, statements or concerns.

I played the $2000, had over $2400 at the end of my hour but only got $100 transfer to my bonus acct after depositing $ 50. Played it through (at one point, had it up to almost $ 400 again), left $ 25. to play with and withdrew $ 100. I'm waiting for the $ 100. to be credited to my Quicktender. The 24 hour waiting period after the withdrawal was up last night so we'll see how long it takes to hit Quicktender.
I got hours and hours of play and almost 5000 loyalty points out of a
$ 50. deposit and hopefully will get the $ 100 soon, all in all, it wasn't a bad promo, assuming I get my $ 100

WTG webdeb. Congrats on your win, and for finding the cashout button as well:) I should have done the same with mine, I just wasn't quite sure exactly how to proceed. I guess if I had deposited the $50. required for cash out, things would've become clearer. Good luck and I sure hope you get you $100.00.

p.s.: You know I still haven't heard from them and it's been well over a week now!! It really doesn't matter now since the time to claim it has expired, however, what does matter, is the fact that 2 emails, directly from their web site, were not answered by support. I sure hope they improve their email response time. One thing I do look for in any casino, is their customer service. To me it is one of the top, most important things all casinos MUST have. That's my opinion anyway:)

I did get the $ 100. credited to my Quicktender account the next day. I'm not sure if I will deposit and play there until I hear more from other players but I was really happy to get that $100. This was one that worked out OK for me, for a change, ( I often can't find that elusive
cash-out button myself )

I tried to register but was informed with a screen message that I already have an account at Players Palace Casino, which I didn't think was true. But I continued with the download, and when I loaded the casino software I saw that my account number at Players Palace Casino is the same as my account number at Phoenician Casino. So, it looks like this is not really a "new" casino after all, for me anyway!
