hmmmmm, that was a strange one. I too got the pop up saying congarts you received a $50 new years bonus or something like that, but after I clicked on okay there was a balance of $0.00. I guess now I will see if I can contact support and see what they have to say.

Not yet received, some people, according to live chat, get it after 5 min. some have to wait for an hour, in this case it takes more than 2 hours.... just be patient, the bonus is pending....

Since I have Netscape as my Inet provider playtech casinos have to have address verification and have to manually overide their system so the system knows I reside in Canada and not the USA...
I emailed off some info so lets see what happens... 
BTW I received the 50.00 instantly...
So treehug if you have AOL or Netscape (sister to AOL) then that is the problem hun...

Support emailed me back saying that I had to contact my inet company for instructions 
never heard of that before...Its too much of a bother for only 50.00...
Last time I played at playtech they manually overoad the program and it was a ND bonus...

just curious to know if the adware was noticed after the fact.$50 no deposit bonus is tempting but i am reluctant go through the motions.
