Hello Everyone! Just wanted to let you all know that I received a Welcome Letter and CD in the mail a few days ago from Lucky Pyramid Casino. It was for $250 nd bonus for new members, it includes a CD and a coupon code to enter once it has been downloaded, the coupon is a unique code just for the new player. You have to wager it 60x ($15,000) and the max cash out is $1,500.00!!!!! I started playing on Monday and about an hour ago made it to over the $15,000 wager required, just cashed out $1,500.00!!!!! Has anyone here had any problems with Lucky Pyramid or know anything about them??

They are owned by Crystalisle Management Ltd. which also owns Golden Nile, High Rollers and Lucky Coin casinos. I received the Golden Nile welcome pack awhile ago which had numerous no deposit coupons. I used the $100 one and the playthrough was the same as you described above. I cashed out for either $300 or $500 and they paid. I had them withdraw it to Neteller (back when we could use it) and it was in my account within a few days. Any idea on how to shut off the full screen there is no options buttons. Is there a combination of keys? If I hit escape it shuts down.

I am new here. I too received the Lucky Pryamid $250.00 CD bonus. I made $1,000.00 from it. My full balance shows that it is Withdrawalable. I do not see where it tells you the playthrough required. (other casinos that i have played on will have a playthough box showing you the amount you have reached and would not have the $$ avaialable in the Withdrawal until playthrough has been meet) I put in for a withdrawal of $750.00 and it shows it requested and the $750.00 was deductied from my balance.

I guess my question is that if I did not meet the playthrough requirements, would It have allowed me the do a withdrawal or would it have denied me? Can anyone help me with this?

The software won't deny you..you should go into live chat and ask the casino about the playthrough. I know mine was over $13 thousand dollars on that offer. GOOD LUCK

i got mine today also... didn't last long. in response to getting snail mail, it seems like if you open up real accounts at these casinos you just sit back and watch the mailbox... at least that's the way it's worked for me.

In addition to my earlier posit, I am still confused as to whether or not my withdrawal went through? How can I tell if it was approved and accepted. How do you determine what playthrough you have reached? Does it show you on the casino site? If it wasn't reached would the $$ show up as withdrawalable?

Please can anyone help me with this?

The software doesn't tell you anything, from what I can see. The only thing you can really do is ask the casino directly either by calling them or by talking to them via live chat. I know it will let you cash out etc..but it doesn't mean that it has gone through. Have you tried to contact the casino and ask them directly?

Hello everyone, just wanted to give you an update on the status of my winnings at Lucky Pyramid. I spoke to live chat yesterday and they advised my $1,500.00 withdrawal had been approved by the manager. They advised it would be mailed on Monday via UPS and I would receive an email with the UPS tracking number. Hope this casino is honest and fair to their customers! Just wanted to say to everyone who responded to my post! You have been very helpfull!

My withdraw for $750.00 was denied and added back into my account. I contacted live chat and they said that it was because I didn't meet the required playthrough, which is $15,000. (WOW) Like that will happen!

So anyway, I played with the $750.00 and to my surprise, I was able to reached the $15,000 playthrough requirement. I had won over $2,600.00. I Can't believe it! So again, I contacted live chat to make sure all the requirements were meet on this bonus and he assured me that I meet the playthrough and that the Max cashout was $1,500.00!

So again, I did a withdraw for $1,500.00. I am keeping my fingers crossed and ing that this w/d goes through this time!!!!!

I will post back to let you know what happens in case anyone else wants to cash out!
