On their web page, it says unlimited match purchase bonuses. Claim as many times as you would like - it does not say anything about invitation only. I have deposited twice this month and sent an email today asking why I had not received my match deposit bonus. They replied that it was by invitation only. They will not get anymore of my money. I have deposited and played there for three years. I received a $250 voucher for Christmas because I have deposited a great deal of money. You would think that they would make sure that their depositing players would receive these invitations.

well i deposited too yesterday $250.00 and on the flash version so when i called about the bonus they said it was not available for the flash which i think is a total rip off what difference does it make which casino version i use?! most other casinos treat them all alike but not them ,but this morning when i woke up the gave me $75.00 bonus which i still think they should of gave me a 250.00 one but i wont be playing with them anymore the invation only stuff is not cool they need to give it to everyone who plays and what ever version play too. it shouldnt be up to them how or what we play !!!!!

I know this wont affect many of u. But im a british player playing in GBP and ive been informed by grand bay that i am NOT entited to any bonuses in GBP. The only one in the group that will give bonuses for GBP is bella vegas so if theres any fellow brits bella vegas is the only one to play.

I did get the spot the joker promotion ($10), but when I deposited money twice, they would not give me the 100% match bonus that they are advertising that you can claim as many times as you want. They said that I was not on their list - that it was by invitation only. I just feel that they should make that clear before people deposit money. It was an incentive for me to deposit there instead of somewhere else since I thought that I would get a match deposit. I do not like to be deceived.

From what i have seen of this group of casinos, they look to me as though they have all the bells and whistles a player could ask for(im saying they appear very good..!!). But in my case(a player from the UK) i feel very let down by the fact they accept GBP's but do not award any promos or bonuses to players that choose to play with GBP's.
This rule does not make any sense to me, i can't follow their reasoning, because they don't give it!
The website promotes clearly they accept GBP's, but only when you investigate the T&C's you find out they don't award bonuses to players using GBP's. Ok, thats not a major issue, if i read the T&C's properly then i would understand. Ok?
I refer to players from the UK is this because when i registered an account at one of the partner casinos and opted to use the Euro as my currency, so i could benefit from the promos and bonuses, I found soon after i opened it that they had closed/locked my account,
It was only when i asked support that i found out the reason why, the support operative told me that because i registered with the Euro, and not the Pound they closed my account.
For your reference, the Euro IS legal tender in the UK, and besides that i play at many casinos using whatever currency they offer or i choose to use.
Having endevoured to find a reason behind my account being locked i decided to look at their T&C's, but nowhere in there could i find anything to say, that player from the UK, could only register an account using GBP's.
I sent e-mails to their support requesting information regarding this issue, but i have never received a reply. It still remains a mystery to me as to why they have these rules for players from the UK?
This is a post i was arguing in another forum and copied to here.
For me, as far as im concerned its a GRAND CASINO KEEP AT BAY.

Please PM me your account number and I'll get in touch with our affiliate manager. I strongly believe ANY currency should be valid for promos and I even think I used to receive some (if you have a SPAM filter you might want to check into that just in case).
Either way, please send me your account number and I'll get onto it right away - we have a good working relationship with our new affiliate manager so I'm sure we can sort something out.
Oh, and please try and to keep your comments as 'calm' as possible - this is a place where we love positivity, and any 'issues with casinos we are promoting, we like to have a good chance to speak to them ourselves before things get out of hand
