Did you register a credit card or firepay account in the bank within the casino? It has been a while ago when I signed up & it instantly credited me the $10 without registering a card in the bank 1st but they may have changed the way they do it. Register a credit card or firepay account & then contact the live support & tell them you would like to claim the free $10 no/dep. bonus that you downloaded & registered for.

Yep, I registered a credit card, and live chat with them, I coldn't believe how rude they were, they said I needed to click on a valid banner, which I clicked on yours, told them, they said oh well, nothing they could do about it. But thanks anyway was worth the try.
