I have also had a pleasantly flawless cash out experience at Sci-Fi, which includes me using a free chip. So for me, RTG means play at Sci-Fi. BTW, I cashed out for $150, and it was in my neteller account within a couple of days.

Yes I just tried them this week....lol...and as you know I am not a huge fan of RTG but i did cashout a small amount and was paid in one day so i was happy and will play again there..
Cs rep's were very very friendly..

I would love to share my rtg experiences, my first win was INETBET I was betting 1.00 on Ronin, got a bonus and just kept getting them, I had deposited 30 and it was my first dep so I think they gave me 30. Anyhow when that bonus was over I had almost 2300.00, couldn't call or live chat only email and it was very late. Anyhow to make a long story short I ended up cashing out 1000.00 and got it in my bank acct in a few days. Very good cust serv even tho it is all through email.
My next win was sci-fi a slot tourney they matched the dep. I hit for almost 800 but could only cash out 8 times dep which was 240.00. Their payout is excellent on weekdays the same day via western union.
I won another time 500.00 and their cust service is the most excellent.
This weekend I played Cirrus with their 350%bonus and played ronin got up to like 300 changed to 5.00 a spin to get through the playthru and I got all 5 ronins looked up and had won 8000.00. But guess what the coupon was 1000.00 max cashout.
So now I am waiting for my payment. I have sent the documents and waiting to be appproved whatever that means. I hope to get this in my bank by Friday.
My fav by far has to be SCI=FI.

ok ok ok which rtg's have the new games, - the diamond dozen one, then theres a ceasars empire one or something something, and, another one. shoot, dont know the exact names of the games.... but its like the cleos and the goldbeards,,,,, i can't have it, rays' got it on his casinos computers, his casino is powerbet casino that their on for him... wahhh i want em!!!! somebody help me lol.

Thanks so much for the warm welcome.
An update on my payout from Cirrus. I asked for payout through bank wire on June 6. I requested entire 8000. Well on June 7 manager changed it to 1000. which is all I am entitled to I understand. Also tho, manager changed it to bank check istead why I don't know. So now I am being told it could be the end of next week when to begin with it should have been in today. My question is this, if SCI_FI can pay me the same day why do I have to wait 2 weeks with these people. I have been calling everyday not really getting any answers.

Hi PattiB, the casino you are talking about isn't an RTG casino. It would be a casino that uses their own software or possibly Boss Media. Let me do some research and I'll let you know what I find.

I had a problem with Cirrus myself, which I just ended up blowing in their casino, I won't go into detail, I was a newbie to the online gambling thing, I didn't know about forums like the Crush here, If I would of the story would of been different. I also had the same problem with Prism Casino, but they were much worse, rude, disrespectful, etc...no class. And after how much I deposited at them both they never sent me a happy birthday free chip like they claimed they did in their advertising. PRISM CASINO IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD DEALING WITH AN ONLINE CASINO.. I will leave it at that, I won't sink to their level, and hopefully everyone who reads this will avoid the same thing........
