so i signed up here using the banner above

didn't take the free chip but tried to deposit 121$ with my vanilla visa gift card they told me i was declined but my vanilla visa crd was charged so now no money on my card or my account... and support wont help they just keep telling me they will forward it to finance.. i sent them a screen shot of my card being charged by them and still no help.. in the meantime that was all the dang $$ i had to play with tonight so what the heck lol

casino did respond saying they would not collect the funds from the card. but the funds are still not back on the card or my account.. but vanilla visa told me if the funds havnt been collected in 7 days it would go back to the card.. so we will see in a coulple days i guess...

i usaually lose my deposits lol but at least i get the chaance 2 lose it fair and square
