I contacted support and they added my 10.00 manually...they were very friendly... as my Everygame is in Canadian $$'s and the Royal Joker is in Us $$'s....

BTW this post is for 10.00 FREE, I think it is just fine where it is in the ND section as it's for a NEW casino and not just for exisiting members of Everygame....

I dont even know where I would find my account number to change the prefix cause mine is a username for some reason so how can I get around that?

I remember the email, but I tossed it because I thought it was the spam crepe from Royal Vegas that I've been getting. I thought "Ha Royal Joker now?"

I was able to log in no prob. I am going to contact support but I'm not keeping my hopes up. No Micro casino is giving chit to US players so I won't expect a freebie. I'm happy for the ones who got it tho!!

I copied the email exactly like I got it the way I signed in to Royal Joker was adding the RJ in front of my regular acct for Everygame just as the email states US is ok I am in US and if you received the email your $10 is already in the new acct at RJ hope that helps

I got the email too.. but since Everygame locked my account because I am in Oregon and I got an error when trying to login using my Everygame account plus adding th RJ I got an error message.

So kiddo's if you are a banned state I sincerely think you won't get this.

I logged into my account at Royal Joker using rj in front of my Everygame account login, there wasn't any money =(
I called the 800 number for U.S. players and I was told that if you didn't receive the email that you weren't eligible. The problem is I may have deleted it without knowing it was a casino connected with Everygame, and support didn't even ask for my account number to see if I was eligible. I found that very strange. I am a regular depositor there. I don't know if I should try to contact them again or what I should do......Any advice????

When I first heard about this,(I didn't get the email, I read it here) I wrote to Everygame support (Bet@Everygame.com). I was then sent an email from Royal Joker saying I had $10 in my account. I noticed on the web page that it said "some USA allowed"

I am not really sure if Everygame wants 1000 people writing them, but I do know they have the best customer service that I have ever dealt with.
