I also received the mailer with the code, but when I log into CGB, this is what I see:
It does not allow me to get to the link to enter the bonus code! Has anyone else ever had this problem? I'm waiting for a response from support, so I thought I would ask my fellow crushers.

have you tried these things:
cleaning out your browser cache and cookies,
then, reboot your computer and see if that works

That has happened to me a few times and it was because too much was running on my comp. I dont mean items you can see, if you go into your Task manger and see what processes are running then stop the ones that are not needed every time you start your comp. that wprked for me.
Just press Ctrl Alt and Del (or delete on some comps) buttons at the same time and it will ask you if you want to open the task manager if on vista it will open automatically if on XP.

I got a response back from support, and they have been doing maintenance on the CGB, and my bonus will be credited within 24 hours! Thank you for the advice crushers!

I THINK IT'S A "WELCOME BACK" BONUS! I FOUND THIS OUT BY LOOKING IN PLAYCHECK AND THAT'S THE NAME OF THE BONUS WHEN REDEEMING THE VOUCHER

the code is unique for everyone that gets it, so, unless someone gives you their code, you cannot get the bonus

These mailers have been sent out to previous members of theirs who are now in the banned states which I think is really silly but anyone who did got a code in a banned state and would like to give it to me then it will be gratefully received heehee
