Can someone tell me where I can go on the casino software to check my cashcheck? I would like to verify that I have deposited enough to claim a conversion of CC points.

I have seen they have playcheck available for us to review but not cashcheck.

If i understand the rules of converting CC points for bonus $$ correctly, it would me i risk losing CC points if I have not made the eligible deposits...

Anyones input would be most helpful.

Hi Monica,

You can see this from the My Account option.

You'll need to login of course and please remember this only shows deposits and you'll need to remember to exclude any deposits to which a bonus was applied (as these do not count towards your eligible deposits for the Redeem Offers)

I am wondering if you are asking us not to post our account #'s here, how do you or the casino know which account to put the bonus in? My gaming email is different from others (ie.. personal, forums and such).

When I went to the claims page it did not give me the option to post my Everygame Casino ID.

Well, silly me... I answered my own ???'s LOL

After reviewing my deposit historty at Everygame (thanks Geno, for the link) I think I might have just made it with the deposit mininum to redeem CC points. I initiated the redemption and BAM did not realize there would be a 2nd page to the claim, low and behold there was the spot to put my account number in.. I'am keeping my fingers crossed that i did it correctly.

This may be a stupid question, but.... Is there a way to find out on what day last month I redeemed points at Everygame? I can't figure it out by looking at the statement offered at Everygame. If I try to redeem and it hasn't been long enough yet, will that get me into trouble? I am not trying to get extra, I just don't ever seem to remember ( I keep meaning to write it down! ) There is that warning about being banned.....

gjr1961 , if you go through the redeem process again, but don't follow all the way through, the next page will tell you the last time you redeemed and if you are able to make another redemtion.

I found that out, thinking I was ok to redeem, so I went to redeem more points. As I went though the process one of the pages told me I had to wait and wouldn't let me redeem until a specific date.

There might be an easier way, but that's the way I figure it out. Hope that helps?
