I have I got locked out and they told me in an e-mail that they don't have to tell me why....They just said that my account was "flagged" and that it would remain locked. but Geno is looking into it

Well if going by any of the other Rival casinos I have cashed out from you should have your money in exactly 48 hours. I never had to use a fax back form when I cashed out $900 but maybe your winnings off a free chip requires that since you never deposited before.

I have done 3 or 4 cashouts from Rival Casinos and always received my money in 48 hours.
