same here they are usely good but this month I have been waiting since March 28 and still nothing. I have redeem for 25.00 I think I gave up

all redeems get sent directly to me and i then pass them on to the casino. they normally are done with in a day and i get about 3 a day so this is the first time i have heard about this. please PM me your usernames in the casino and i will speak to the casino m anager directly and also see if i can't get you guys a bit extra for your inconvenience.
