Make sure to deposit first as I did not know and didn't deposit. The chip worked I used and I hit the random jackpot for over $4000.00 and they ban me!! No note or anything. I am from the US and probably now part of the ban states, (WI.) So please make sure to deposit. I tried to call them but to no avail. Be careful on free chips. This was on the 44.00 chip I think and a few days ago.
