This really BITES!!!!!! Our Gov. will spend millions of $s to stop the blue collar worker from spending a few dollars relaxing in there own home just because they can't get there fat hands on a cut of the money. Mabey next we will all have to have a licence to play casinos at home so they can tax us on it!!!

I am in a banned state but i still can play at 2 microgaming casino groups. I am sure it is because of the deposit method i use---prepaid credit card is the way to go. It can be funded with wetsern union (3.95 for swift pay) its in your account within 10 minutes after deposting. There are also other ways to fund it. I have used it for over 2 years and have never had a problem, nor can i spend money that is in my savings or checking account tempting me. maybe it would be a good idea to get a back up deposit method such as this so when netteller decides to close us accounts, you will still be able to play. Personally i think this whole new law sucks and i agree 100% with Josie, hope this freakin law gets booted out by the next President.

just a note about alternatives... most casinos will mail checks directly to you.

You would think they would have the decency to email ahead of the change, their just money grabbing wotsits anyway.
Surely this is not a no deposit offer, perhaps it should be posted somewhere else?

From time to time, NETELLER revises the policies of our products and services. At the end of 2006, NETELLER began reviewing the instaCASH payment option, which resulted in the decision to retire this product from the US, effective January 16, 2007. As such, instaCASH is no longer available to US members.
1. Why can’t I access my instaCASH funds in my NETELLER account?
NETELLER has made a policy and technical change that has disabled instaCASH for US members.
2. Will I be able to use instaCASH again?
We are currently in the process of re-evaluating this payment option and no decisions have been made regarding the future availability of this product.
3. Is this related to the US legislation or the recent detentions?
We initiated some policy changes around instaCASH before the end of 2006 and this is the next step.
4. I'm a Canadian NETELLER member. Can I still use instaCASH?
Yes, these changes do not affect a Canadian member's ability to use instaCASH.
