Need Help...

I have problem playing games, since yesterday I can`t play any game. When I open game I got message : "Sorry, You Have NO Access to that Game " Does anyone else expirence such a problem?
I can see that other members are playing, since there is info about that , why am I getting this message? Also, I have to login again and again after every single page I change .... please, help !

Please check that when you login to CC that you check the 'log in automatically' box. If this doesn't work, then please try deleting cookies from your browser (or just those for casino-crush.com if you can find how to do that), and then re-try.

Thanks for hints, but I did clean all my cookies and I always log they way you suggest, nothing change. I still have to log in every time I change page and none of the games work, got same message : "Sorry, You Have NO Access to that Game " when try to play
Any other suggestion ? I never had this kind of problem before Dec.31 , and I am long time member here

I have had the same problem before. Did a complete virus scan and registry scan. Then opened IE and deleted all my cookies to CC. Cleaned out my IE cache of cookies AND pages including offline pages.

I did a search for anything relating to CC and deleted them all (offline content) emptied my trash can. Scanned disk. Then rebooted.

After all that all worked well after I signed on again and clicked to autolog every time.

It mostly helps though if you clean your cache of cookies and pages including offline pages. Which I have to do periodically. Most of these problems happen after I have installed/uninstalled something.

I tried all your suggestions, got rid of all traces of cc on my computer, clean and swept all computer nicely, was able to play one game and after finishing I couldn`t play again. Same message, same story. I repeated cleaning and login couple of times already, no luck.
BTW, this problem arrised after cc upgrade on Dec31. since then I can`t play .
So, I went to my other computer, and .... same problem : Sorry, You Have NO Access to that Game " !!!!
I really love cc games and Im lost without them....
Any other suggestions ???
