also, I am in Australia, and have never heard 'shazza' used as a pet name for a lover.... more just your slackass aussie shortening your name, like Dazza for Darren, Kazza for Karen, Wazza for Warren....and usually said while standing by the barbie with a beer in one hand and a bong in the other LOL
