Bonus or Deposit money cannot be withdrawn.
ADVERTISED DEPOSIT BONUSES ARE CONDITIONAL AND REMAIN SO UNTIL SUCH TIME AS THESE QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS ARE MET.
Non- depositors cannot receive redemption on winnings prior to that deposit and cannot transfer bonus or comp dollars to their account once a deposit is made.
All bonus dollars will be removed upon withdrawl.
Bonus Dollars are not equal to real dollars; they are valid only once the original deposit has been wagered.
BEFORE BONUS DOLLARS APPEAR IN THEIR ACCOUNT, PLAYERS MUST WAGER EITHER 10 TIMES THEIR DEPOSIT OR LOSE 95% OF THEIR DEPOSIT.
Player must wager equal to or greater than the amount of their bonus, as a total of all Game purchases since the time of that deposit.
An unqualified bonus must be earned and qualified before a redemption/payout can be made. IF A REDEMPTION/PAYOUT REQUEST IS MADE BEFORE THIS TIME, THE BONUS OFFER IS VOIDED.

Now that kind of sounds funny to me. You CAN NOT withdrawl your deposit?? Why would i deposit anything if i cant cashout my own money?? I can understand that you can't withdrawl the bonus, but our own money cant be withdrawn unless we want to close our accounts.

Thanks for the find , but not for me. These terms sound kind of funny to me. Unless i have misunderstood the way they have it worded

PS. Also no winnings from bonus are redemable unless you deposit $50 first which you wont be able to withdrawl. So go up to $200 but you have to deposit $50 of your own which you will never see again. Dont think so for me. Deposit my own $50 and then never hear from them again. I also find it kind of strange that there is no contact number or address available for there support or place of origin.

They've paid someone I know who has cashed out twice without any hassle whatsoever...and it took under 48hrs. So, yes- they pay...

K, like I said I might missunderstand the way they have it worded. Has anyone else taken a look at the terms and conditions, and can maybe shed some light on this for me. I hope I havent discouraged anyone from giving it a try, and hope someone can clear this up.

Up until now, I have had no problems with this casino whatsoever. Paid me within 2 days. Now I've had a cashout pending since the 17th and they won't tell me when it will be processed or why it is being held up.

Until this is cleared up I can't recommend them.

As far as their terms being wacky, yes they are. I understand them now, but I had to figure them out on my own.

the winnings must be from a deposit then, cause i contacted support and was told that withdrawls will only be honured to real players and to be considered a real player you must first deposit and anything in your account will be zeroed after deposit is made. So if you get the free $25 up to say $322, you will be unable to withdrawl unless you make a deposit and once you deposit the say $322 will be removed.

anywho, this is what i was told by support. I havent signed up personaly so don't know first hand, but thought i would post what i found out.
