I have spoken with support on the phone..they told me as long as my account was open before the ban AND I have NOT used a credit card..only neteller (which is my case) that I can still play there...and I have and cashed out a couple of times. If you have not registered a credit card there and only neteller I would call support and they will help...lets not forget ..the ban is NOT about gambling..it's about using your credit card and/or bank accounts FOR gambling on line!!

WHOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOO!!! My Maple Casino is NOW back open!! I live in one of the banned states Oregon, and because I did deposit there before the ban and since I used Neteller.. they said my account was closed due to a processing error.. I don't care what error I am just glad I can play there again. I talked to live support, told them my account was closed, told them I had deposited with Neteller before the ban and they re-opened it

I read the post above and was wonering if I could get my account reopened . So I called the casino and spoke to Nadine and she told me once the account was locked there was no way to open this account . But I could open a new account with Maple casino .
