I love deep fried mushrooms! Now a restaurant near us offers deep fried green beans. I suppose that isn't a healthiest way to eat them but I usually go with taste over healthy.

right now its steamed asparagus....in the summer its fresh tomatoes sliced up with a little salt.

I also love so many with asparagus on the top of the list but my absolute favorite is squash baked with butter and brown sugar.

cauliflower, but my favourite way cooked is in a chilli beef dish from most chinese restaurants. I always ask for extra cauliflower, then save it for last Mmmmmmmmmmmmm
Otherwise, just slightly steamedso still crunchy, with a little chilli on top

I also LOVE ALL Veggies.... Right now Im hooked on Peas, cold mixed with mayonaise, garlic, pepper, and just a little diced onion... I also add this to the top of a salad, or mix with tuna, and other variations.
My Second is carrots cooked on the BBQ. You cut your carrots into 3" to 4" long, thick julienne slices, put about a 1/2 cup in to a piece of tin foil, add butter, seal and then put on the BBQ like you would a Baked Potato. They taste like candied carrots!
