March 2017 - Bingo Marathon (WINNERS ANNOUNCED)

AND PLEASE CAST YOUR VOTES FOR THE 3RD (PLAYERS CHOICE) GAME
Welcome to our new Bingo Marathon with 1 session (each of 4 games) per week during March 2017. There will also be cash prizes every bingo session in addition to the monthly Bingo Points contest!
Of course, this is also a great opportunity to meet and introduce yourself to your fellow Crushers, make some new friends, play our enhanced bingo.
Here is our planned schedule for Bingo Chat this month!
(Please note these are subject to change but this will only be done if really necessary)
Friday 3rd March at 3pm EST (Played)
Friday 10th March at 3pm EST (Played)
Friday 17th March at 3pm EST *St Paddys Day Special* (Played)
Friday 24th March at 3pm EST (Played)
Friday 31st March at 3pm EST (Played)
There will be 4 games in each session as follows ...
Game 1:
A quick game of Any Line to kick things off - 1 Bingo Point per bingo winner.
Game 2:
Another quick game (pattern decided by the caller each time) - 1 Bingo Point per Bingo winner
Game 3:
Players choice - Vote your desired pattern from the selection available for voting this month (this will change each month) and we will play which ever has the most votes at the start of each session (votes will NOT be reset - but votes can be cast throughout the month) - if votes are equal then I will play as many of the highest voted as possible over the month.

The prize for Game 3 will be determined based on the pattern played (the lesser numbers needed = smaller prizes but possibly more players can win
OR more numbers needed = bigger prizes but maybe less players will bingo) -- these will be determined at each session by the caller (and could change for the same pattern on different weeks).
The MINIMUM prize will be $1 (for 100 CCpoints) per bingo winner.
PLUS 1 Bingo Point per Bingo winner.
Game 4:
Coverall !!! The biggest of our games is the Coverall where you must match ALL numbers on your card to win bingo.
Prizes for this game:
$5 for 500 ccpoints for 1 Bingo Winner,
$3 for 300 ccpoints for 2 Bingo Winners,
$2 for 200 ccpoints for 3 or more Bingo Winners
PLUS 1 Bingo Point per Bingo Winner!
EVERY BINGO GAME INCLUDES MORE GAMES AND PRIZES!
First To Red
When the first Crusher in a game gets a Red bingo card (meaning they only have 1 number left to get bingo) - they will (each) receive 500 CCpoints (these must be claimed by the players typing RED in Live Chat) and the game is paused for the following Next Number guessing contest ...
Next Number guessing game
Everyone is asked to guess the next number to be called ... Each Crusher can have ONE guess and the first guess only will be taken (even if the number has already been called or out of range). You may choose the same number as another player.
When the next number is drawn, anyone that guessed the exact number ("on the nose") - they will win 500 CCpoints (each). If nobody guesses the exact number then the closest guess will win 200 CCpoints (each if equally close)
EVERY BINGO SESSION HAS A DIFFERENT "LUCKY NUMBER"
Before the start of each session - there will be a Lucky Number drawn and announced. If you get Bingo on the Lucky Number in any of the games during that session you will get an extra bonus Bingo Point for that game!
AFTER EACH SESSION -- PICK YOUR RHYMING NUMBERS
For each Bingo Point you win, you are allowed to pick and post a "Rhyming Bingo Number" from the list of remaining (unpicked) numbers available. These will be used to draw another 2 random winners of $5 (for 500 ccpoints) at the end of the month.

AT THE END OF THE BINGO MARATHON
TOTAL BINGO POINTS PRIZES:
After the last scheduled session of the month the 1st and 2nd place Crushers with the most Bingo Points will each win $5 (for 500 ccpoints).
If there is a tie for 1st or 2nd place then prizes will be shared as follows:-
1st place drawn between 2 players - $5 for 500 ccpoints each
.............. drawn between 3 players - $3 for 300 ccpoints each
............... drawn for 4 or more players - $2 for 200 ccpoints each
(If there is a tie for 1st place - prizes will be shared as above, with no 2nd place prizes)
2nd place (only if there is a single 1st place winner)
............... drawn between 2 players - $3 for 300 ccpoints each
............... drawn between 3 players - $2 for 200 ccpoints each
............... drawn between 4 or more players - $1 for 100 ccpoints each
RHYMING BINGO NUMBER PRIZES
There will be 2 numbers randomly drawn from ALL of those that have rhymed bingo numbers ... Each member can only win 1 Rhyming Bingo Number prize per month. This draw will be made AFTER the end of the month to give players a chance to submit their final rhyming bingo numbers in the Rhyming Bingo Numbers topic for that month
The Rhyming Bingo prizes are $5 for 500 ccpoints each.
HOW TO PLAY CC CHAT BINGO
Before the start of each Bingo Session (this can be done any time after the cards have been reset each week - usually within 24 hours of the last bingo session) CLAIM YOUR BINGO CARD HERE AND THEN CLICK "PLAY CC BINGO" IN THE RED SECTION (this will bring up your bingo card in a separate window) AND THEN CLICK ON "LIVE CHAT"..
MAKE SURE YOU HAVE POP-UPS ENABLED SO THAT YOUR GAME CARD POP-UP CAN BE ACTIVATED.
Click on the LIVE CHAT link to also open up another pop-up window for our Live Chat and join us in the Bingo Chat room
Come play our enhanced Live Chat Bingo - you can see your card being daubed as you play and if you win.. make sure you have got your volume up! If you get Bingo - quickly head back to Live Chat and type "Bingo!" to claim your prize!
If you have any problems getting into our chat room please send a Private Message to crushadmin for assistance (please type Bingo/Chat problem in your message subject).
RULES
We will start our first game at 5 minutes after the session start time. Everyone wishing to play bingo should have their card claimed AND be in the chat room ready to play by that time.
In order to qualify for a Bingo Prize ... you MUST have entered the Chat Room within the first 5 numbers of the current game being called. If you happen to join after this - your card will be suspended for the current game but you will be able to join in the next game automatically.
You *MUST* be in the chat room and claim ANY prizes you win (this includes both FIRST TO RED prizes and BINGO) -- you must type "RED" when you are the first player to get Red (1 number to go) OR "BINGO" when you have got Bingo .... you will have 60 seconds from the time the number triggering your win is called. If you have not replied (or not in the room) within this time - your card will be suspended for the remainder of the game. Whilst some lee-way may be given if we understand a player is having difficult with Live Chat - The Bingo Callers decision will be final.

WHY HAVE THINGS CHANGED?
The main reason for the changes are as now it has become clear that our dear Rita (OrangeCrush) is no longer able to work here at CC (there is a topic about this in Banter n Bitchin' forum) and I will need to administer much more now.
- With my existing and future commitments - I will not be available to cover the previous number of Bingo sessions so these will be once per week (and I will try to swap these between Mondays and Sundays each time) - if there is a bingo on Sunday, there will not be a bingo the following day though (it will be in 8 days time), if the next bingo is to be a Sunday following a Monday - then it will be in 6 days time ... but please keep checking as often as possible in case I need to change the day (I will give as much notice as I possibly can always).
- These prize structures require less administration of drawing extra numbers should there be a tie/draw for the 1st and 2nd highest Bingo Points winners - but there also is the chance of having more winners.
- The rhyming numbers contest has changed also as this reduces the administration required.
- This slight reduction in administration (i.e. I can do everything all in one go) will help me manage other contests, other admin on and off the forum and the other sites.

Since we are not playing as many games and there are not to many numbers rhymed, why not have those who go red and pick the next number correct rhyme a number too. That way there would be more numbers to choose from at the end of the month.

Since we are not playing as many games and there are not to many numbers rhymed, why not have those who go red and pick the next number correct rhyme a number too. That way there would be more numbers to choose from at the end of the month.
