Geno.... Help

I have a problem lol

I am so excited to be able to download a "casino rewards" casino from a CC banner.. But as soon as I click on the banner it tells me I am in a banned state.. ugggg... Usually, with mircrogaming I can just send my id verification to security at the casino and they unlock my account.. I am sure you have heard this story.. but although I am Canadian my ISP is a sister company of AOL. so the software thinks I am in the USA.. ( that was a BIG gliche they never thought of) anyways my ? is this Geno.. How can I even get to the casino software to download from a CC banner so I can then have them fix my account to reflect I am in fact Canadian? I want to play in the rewards tourney.

Any help would be appreciated!
