HELp First time I purcahse at ladbrokes casino my account is in cdn funds I purcahse 46.75 cdn but they gave me only 23.37 into my casino account and than I claimed my 100% welcome bonus which is 100% plus 20 free spin on new tomb raider only got 23.00 exactly in welcome bonus bo 20 free spin what happened to my blance of 46.75 somebody put my 23.37 in their pocket no one is replying to my emails this is sick. I know for sure I will never purchase their again but can they actually take half of your money ???????????????/

i can guarantee they have not just pocketed your money as they are probably the most reputable casino in business and i have deposited with them almost daily for years...you will get an answer to your emails within 24 hours but before saying they are ripping you of why not phone them after all its a free number...im guessing you have probably opened your account in £ not cd which would explain the loss as you call it of half your money

no my accoutn in not in euro it is in cdn funds I just check again I didn't say they ripped me off but why I do purchase 46.75 cdn and get only half in my account I purchase in cdn and my account is in cdn. and no there is no toll free number for canada I check as I was going to called them I have to dial +44 etc so it is not free call from here

well if i was that concerned i would call them.....as their will be a decent enough explanation...if not as i said they will answer your emails...as it is one of the biggest gambling sites out im afraid they can't answer your email as soon as you send it thats why it can take up to 24 hrs hence the reason you phone but they do answer emails....and to say its sick and you would never deposit their again without waiting an explanation is basically saying they are ripping you off and is also making it look like it is not an honest casino where as ive already stated you will not find any more casino more honest on the net

I agree with broxi, this is my casino of choice. Both myself and my husband play it and it is probably the one casino I trust 100%, payouts are super prompt and we have never had any problems at all. I am sure there will be an explanation and if they have made a mistake I have no doubt they will correct it. Be patient for a response to email, I am sure they will respond and put your mind at ease.

Well I sent emails to care@... to promotion and to account asking them why is my ladbrokes account in canadian funds and I purcahse in canadian funds I got no reply so I decide to try the phone number and spoke to Gary from customer support asking is to why if my casino account is in cdn funds and I purcahse in cdn funds why do I only get half of what I purcahse even him found it weird casue like other casino if your account is in us and purchase us funds you get the same amount of casino credit as to what you purchase so he said he as to talk to his supervisor and get back to me casue he couldn't figure it out. I didn't get a reply either than I email back I cgot a reply from Tracey stating this when you purchase casino credit its like this: Casino exchange rate CAD 2.00 = 1 chip which I would understand that if my casino account would be in euro and me purchasing in cdn funds would get me half credit that I understand but my casino account is in cdn funds like this:Sports CAD 0.00 CAD 0.00
Games & Bingo CAD0.00 CAD0.00
but still cost me half 2 cdn= 1 casino credit and they can't explain to me as to why this
so honestly for me purchasing in cdn funds and having a cdn account doesn't pay me cause I do lost half of what I purchase no sure if I expalin myself right so maybe if your account is in euro or something else its find but not in cdn funds that is for sure casue I have the transaction record and it doesn show purchase of 46.75 cdn funds and balance in cdn funds in my accoutn is 23.37

I just happened to notice this after Ladbrokes asked me about this post which seems to suggest they are pocketing funds lol..

From the posts I can see, and from my own experiences at Ladbrokes, I believe that whilst your Sportsbook (main) account is in CAD (Canadian Dollars), if you play at the Casino, then it is most likely playing in GBP (Great British Pounds), hence the 2 CAD$ = 1 GBP £

This would mean, of course if you deposited, say , 40 CAD$ (which would be £20 GBP), and then later cashed out say £100 GBP ... you'd end up with 200 CAD$ in your account.

I suspect as I haven't heard from you since OC's suggestion that you get in touch with me, that this matter is all resolved now. Of course if it's not - then please let me know.

As you'll see from other members replies - Ladbrokes is a great honest casino with which personally I've also never had a problem with as a player in the past (and something I especially like is when you cash-out - there's no Reverse button to tempt you to lose it all hehe)..
