1 can (16 oz) Vanilla Frosting Green Food Coloring Miniature Pretzels Froot Loops M & M's Shoe String Black Licorice (cut into 3/8-inch pieces) Make cupcakes according to pkg directions. Cool completely. Tint frosting light green and generously frost cupcakes. Position 2 miniature pretzels to form wings and add Froot Loops for the body. Add an M & M for the head and licorice antennae.  |
