June 2012 Tell Us About Contest..2/ WINNERS ANNOUNCED

Hello Crushers..

Please tell us some of your favorite or not so favorite things about Summer...

RULES

Everyone that makes a post will have their names placed into a random drawing where we will giving away 2 x $15 prizes.

You will need 1500 cc-points to redeem for the $15 cash prize. If you do not have enough CC points to redeem, you'll be credited with 1500 CC points instead - so next time you win, you'll be able to redeem your CC points for the cash prize.

Contest will end June 30th, 2012.

If you have not yet done so, you will need to advise us which payment method you would like us to use to pay you. To do this, please go to the red section above and click on "My Payment Method" and follow the instructions. You only need to do this once (unless you later wish or need to change your payment method option).

Love to be able to open the windows and get the fresh air.

Love outside grilled burgers.

Hate the humidity, but nothing you can do about that!

I love the summer because my daughter usually comes to visit from New York. My animals love to stay outside for hours just basking in the sun, and the days get slow and kind of lazy. Everything is green and full and my backyard is filled with birdsong and buzzing bees.

I love the warmth of the sun, to sit on the river bank with a fishing rod beside me and a good book to read while I wait for the fish to bite. Love BBQ's and family days at the park, swimming and hiking, flying kites, and playing with the dog. I hate the overly hot and humid days.

well, every year for the last 5 years we have gone to Alaska so I loved camping and barbeques! but, this year it is not looking feasible so I will find something to love here - like late night warm walks or thunderstorms! One thing I don't love is the heat here in AZ!!!! Who would have thought a girl from Alaska would be baking in 115 degree heat???

I love summer because my 11 year old Grandson stays with me during
the week since school is out.
I hate summer because Texas is so hot and humid (and I hate the high electric bills because the air conditioner runs continuously)

Where I am living there is basically no difference from season to season, except for maybe August (hot), and November (hot). Back home summer meant

Running barefoot all summer
Constant sunburns
Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day picnics
Diving off Irwin's Bridge into the lake.

I love the summer as it seems to give me the energy that i have none of in the winter and get to plant beautiful flowers and a garden.
