ok I can barely get 2500 points and top scores are 100K is there a trick to this game, or maybe some tips from those high scorers?

Sable as near as I can figure out the more blocks of the same color you take out at one time the more points you get. Even with that I can't reach the scores that some of these crushers have attained!
