Sounds like an ideal summer to me! I envy your Canadian lake fishing. And what better to do when you get home after cleaning them than to relax in airconditioning and play at CC? Would be a GRRRRRRREAT summer for me.

The first day of my summer vacation......I went to the corner to look for a job....wait that's cheech and chong. They watched the weeds also haha. My summer has been pleasant I must say after a rocky start. Drama, I don't need no drama drama. But seriously I am a cold weather person; you can always do things to get warm <nudge wink>. I refuse to believe the summer is over. We are going on vacation at the end of September this year, when we get back, in October, maybe, just maybe, it will feel like the summer has come to an end.
For all of you that have not had such a great summer, I am sorry. For those of you that have had a wonderful summer, WTG!!

Lid have to say i spent way too much time on my computer and in my office working! I'll fix that next summmer though...can't let another beautiful LA summer get away from me again!!!!

I spent most of the summer sitting in front of the 
with a cold drink in my hand. Being in So. Texas, it's hot as the 
outside, at least during the day. Hubby and I have a 25th wedding anniversary 
in Feb. so we're saving up our vacation money for a casino trip. 
Hope to make it to Vegas but will settle for Lake Charles if need be.

well summer here was pretty good. Other than having to work outside in those super hot day, it was fun. We went on a camping/water slide trip with my sister before she moved off to Australia. Had a great time with that, and the kids had a blast. We also headed to another waterslide park (my husband love those waterslides) with some friends and it was so much fun. First time for the kids going down in tunnels and inertubes, so they were just laughing. Think the funnes though was when we went go kartting with the kids. My son turns 9 this month so they let him go on his own. He had a blast, specialy when he crashed off the course and landed in a puddle. It looked like one of those race accidents when the water went flying everywhere.
Over all it ws a great summer, and the kids had a blast and its all about the kids having fun so see it as a successful summer

Hello Everybody!
Hope you all had a Great summer!
My summer was a very relaxing one this year!
I just stayed home, did yard work, and visited a
lot of relatives and friends I had not seen in years.
It was great. Just can't believe it is already over.
Time sure flys when you start getting older......
