I tried to make a deposit yesterday, as I have done many times before, and I was instructed to call support. They told me that they are no longer taking trans actions from Master card.

This is the response I received when I questioned them if it was permanent:

Unfortunately, we are no longer able to process Mastercard transactions, however there still are a few deposit options available to you.

We accept pre-paid Visa's, we suggest our customer's use Netspend, Wirecard, or Greendot, these have all been successful, or you can use Quicktender as deposit method, our records indicate you currently use this method for withdrawals. There is also a Money transfer option available, for more information, just contact us on our toll-free number, and one of our operators will be happy to assist.

If you have any further queries, please contact us we will be happy to assist.

This really bites for me because my debit card is Mastercard. Does anyone know who does accept Mastercard?

I would like to know, too, Gloria.

I have never found any, but admit I haven't searched very hard.

Hopefully we will get a good response here.
