How that works Bower is this, say you are playing and you have $25 when you meet the playthru. Your balance then automatically drops to $10. That is now cashable. It is now your money,unconditionally.That is what is meant by $10 max cashout.
If you then turn that $10 into $100 or $500 or whatever... it is then all yours, fully cashable. I hope that made sense. lol
