Hello, I open time ago an account in gowild, last week I recive an email and the offer look likes fine, I make my first deposit get the bonus, play and loose, then, I make my second deposit, get the bonus, play win, request a cash out, they request my docs I send and yesterday I recive an email my account is locked because they say I opened "dozen" accounts, and they put my deposit back to my neteller account. I ask, and they say I´ve register a lot of accounts and I´m a bonus abuser, that "dozen" account was registered from the same IP and the same computer. I´m really sad, because that´s not true, I don´t know wath happen, I really think is a mistake, and I´m really sad, not about the winnigs, because you win and loose, but I´m sure I only have one account, and no other in my home play at any casino, I remeber once my sister was at home and use her casino account from one of the bellerockgaming and never have problem, I deposit at many casinos and cash out without problem, I read a lot of fine comments about go wild, the live chat is very nice, and really I can´t understand this, I want to know, if there is any thing casino crush can do for me, not about my cash out, I want to have open my account and can play only that, if is that posible or if any here know the way to do, because they clos "all my accounts" but ´I really don´t know nothing about that account, I want open one, mine account.
Wish can do something.

Ferchi9 there are a lot of people including myself that this has happened to with different Casinos..It's unfortunate but once a Casino sees you as a bonus abuser there's nothing we can do about it..

I know it sucks hun Sad I'm sure there are many Casinos that will accept your deposits..

so sorry Ferchi9 if you really think this is a mistake you can contact casino manager and ask him/her to review your acct it may or may not help. Good lucj to you sorry about you loosing your win

sorry to hear that ferci but casinos are really strict about multiple accounts, but if you are sure you dont have any then you should contact support like msfilly says and see if it was a mistake, if not id apoligise and tell them as you are a member of so many casinos you never realised you had already joined before signing up and or maybe others in household had signed up as well and ask if you could open a new account again

Thanks to all you....I just talk support yesterday and say again, I´ve a lot of accounts from the same IP and some from the same PC, is ridiculus, but I can´t do nothing, In the middlle of the cash out process I deposit again, and claim the 3rd deposit bonus because I like that weekly free spins for an year ( like rich reels, villento..) then, they say I can´t claim a bonus in the middle of a cash out process, I ask and they say I can wait, or play without a bonus....then, I say to the live chat " I wait because I really like the bonus"....wath a stupid no??? meaby that words make me a "bonus abuser" But, if they offer the deposit bonus, I think is to use...I use bellerock bonus all weekends, and if I no use they offer in the middle of the week other bonus... any way, there are a lot of casinos offering deposit bonus... thanks again for all you.

I use deposit bonuses every time at Go Wild,2 -3 times a week usually.They prefer you to use bonuses,hoping you don't get playthrough done.So I don't believe deposit bonuses are what they are referring to.Bonus abusers are usually people who use freebies all the time and very rarely deposit.It doesn't sound like that's you're problem though.
