Idiot that I am, I could have got the same series (Queer As Folk - all seasons) $20 cheaper from eBay, but thought that this site would be more professional. I got it a week or so later, but found that they were (I think) pirated copies, and many of them didn't play. I paid about AU$200 . Anyway, I sent an email the day I received them, and I was told the damaged discs would be replaced.
Long long long story a little shorter.....it is now well over 5 months since my first complaint, and I have still not gotten any replacements. I have emailed them, and they always say "That is on order, you will receive it within 2 weeks". But they have now stopped replying my emails.....and I haven't gotten rude or anything like that!! Live help keep saying that it is on order and it will be 2 weeks. But after over 5 months, I am sick of waiting. It took me a long time to save that money as i am a single mother of 3 whose ex-husband is a wanker and pays nothing, and I want to see the show....especially since I paid so much!!!
Last time i spoke to someone in live help, they said that it will be sent out on the 7th Sep....but I still hadnt received the email saying it had been sent, so I went to goto live help, but I cannot access their site anymore.
Anyway, my question is.....is there anywhere I can complain about this? Or because it is all online, am I screwed? I have copies of all emails and live chats.......but dunno what to do with them
