jackie you should contact support via email or live support in the casino software to see what they want you to send in, probably just a photo id of sorts....

I withdrew $ 125.00 couple of days ago and today I got an email asking that I email them my drivers licence or some other form of identification and they would process my withdrawal.

I spoke with live support yesterday about so many people having problems with the intallation of the casino software. At first, they blamed my computer but when I told her it was new, she said they were introducing a new improved software in a few day and to try it again then. She said the techs were aware of the problems and were working hard on it.

Well maybe I will give it another shot. I have tried 4 times now with no success.... But if they pay (which is a very big selling point) and people have good experiences with them... then I am willing to give them the benefit of the doubt and keep trying.
