hi just open email from support with my password and user id which has been changed 4 some reason but im allways gone 2 write down my account number after registration from now on and not 2 expect it in welcome email i used 2 write it down but 2 many casinos ive signed up 2

Sent an email asking what I need to do for the withdrawal since I never got any type of email from them,( I see from your posts I need to send ID and thought they would tell me where to send it) but my email was returned with this message:

just spoke with support in live chat inside the software itself... they are in brisbane, australia , wonder why aussies can't play there? anyhoo they said they are swamped with this 10.00 nd bonus and have a lot of cashouts to process....so i guess we all need to have patience, its about 9:50 am monday morning over there and they are hard at work processing all the withdrawls..... i will say this casino will get a lot of my business in the future, the slots are amazing in my opinion... they also have a loyalty points system and it will be up and running wed i was told...here is my screen shot right before i cashed out, since 500 is the max cashout i played it down to 510.00 just incase the bonus wasn't cashable....

I can't install the software for this casino either. Saturday the 17th, or maybe even Friday, sent an email to support with the error message I keep getting, but I haven't heard from them at all. I understand they are busy, however, you would think they would address concerns for installing when so many people are having difficulty.
I have just tried again to install this and still the same error message. I have no idea what the message means, so I copied it and sent it to their support.
Has anybody figured out the trouble and fixed it yet? I have used 3 different browsers, and removed it after, even cleaned it in registry.
If anybody can help, please tell me what I can do.

Did any of you managed a withdrawal receive your winnings yet? I'm an aussie, and it is now 7:54PM, so if they process payments during normal business hours you should have received it.

I also am getting an error that I've never seen before. This is what I get. The procedure entry point SHGetFolderPathAndSubDirW could not be located in the Dynamic Link Library Shell32.DLL . I have tried two browsers and three computers and still get this error on install. I don't know what it is or how to fix it.
