this is a joke...i never seen such a slow server on any other casino... i think i spun 3 times after countless attempts to log in dwnload games etc etc and deleted it and left 7$ in the acct you want it? lmao i dont not worth the aggravation and frustration...but thx anyhow for post of something different to bad it really was a headache..

I can't install either. I keep getting message about some shell file not found. Anyone else have this problem? If you figure it out can you clue us in? Thankss. Also, it does not look like a microgaming software.

i just cashed out the max $500.00 on this promo, they said it takes 2 days for cashout... the slots are awesome....if they do payout i will be depositing a lot here!!!!!! i had no problem with speed.....

I had no problems downloading. I also did not find the casino to be slow. I did manage at one point to get the $10 bonus up to $170. Played for a long time and cashed out for $100. Hope they pay.

but when i ask live chat the operator always terminates live chat which is kinda rude seeing as the software has crashed my computer a million times

Nice find. I had a little trouble installing, takes a couple minutes to open.
The $10 was immediate after sign up.
The slots are fun, won a little at video poker (lowest bet $1) I also enjoyed the bonus stages on the slot machines. Im up to $100 and hope I get to the max too.
Havent dealt with customer service yet so can't comment on that.

Hi superdude, you can get your user name from your registry. Click the start button on your task bar & click run, type in; REGEDIT & then click the + next to HKEY_CURRENT_USER then click the + next to software & find the casino you want user name for, if you do not see/find it then click the + next to microgaming or MGS in this same place under software then the + next to thumper , then the + next to casino. If for some odd reason it is not listed then you can always click on edit at the top of the RegEdit window & click on find & type in hyper casino or hyper gaming, if you only type hyper then it will 1st stop on all the hyper terminal finds 1st & every time it finds hyper & it is not the casino then hit the F3 to go to the next find. Any how once you see the casino click the casino name on the left to highlight it and look in the right side where all the values are listed & you will see user name with the casino user name that was last used to login from your computer. I still can't install the damn thing, it asks 1st what program do I want to use to open "UNINST~1.CMD" then 2 more windows pop up, one says "Error Starting Program" - "DOWNLOADMANAGER.DLL file is linked to missing export KERNEL32.DLL Delete TimerQueueEx"
