how to get Banners for places that are not listed yet

How do i get a banner for a site that is not in the banner section?thank you for any help.

Hi,

Shirl if its not in our data base then we don't have it..

It could 1 of 2 reasons:

1. New Casino & we need to PM Geno to get the banner..

2. It's a Casino that CC does not reccomend..
