They wont let me (USA, Iowa) log in either. Sometimes being a free american just aint good enough anymore!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Both casinos work fine for me & I am in the US. I deposit alot at slots of vegas and have not had any problems, I just played earlier today.

Josie, I are you getting the error when tring to download the application file from the website or when you try and run the application file you saved that installs the casino ???

Hi All,

I am in Florida, not one of the banned states. I couldn't log in so I contacted support and they told me it was because I used a free chip and I would need to make a deposit before I could log in. So....I said ok, but I can't log in to make a deposit, so if I make a deposit on the casino main site, how long will it be before I can log in? That was last night and I am still waiting for an answer!! NO actually, I waited a long time before I realized they logged off. No Answer. They saved me from making another deposit at Prism. Good Luck to all that get it though.
