I have a paypal debit card and I like it very much.. I used it today as a matter of fact. Anything I have won at CC is put into my paypal account. As soon as Geno deposits, I can withdraw. It took about 10 days to recieve the card. When you get it just go to your paypal account to activate it and then you can go to any atm that accepts mastercard. I know the fees are on the paypal site, not sure off hand what they are though. I do know that every time CC deposits $30.00 it costs $1.24 for the transaction. I use my paypal account alot for on line shopping. I'm not sure if you can use it to fund anything for gambling though. Haven't tried it for that yet .
My paypal debit card is great. I can't fun any gambling sites with it because I am USA but I can withdraw the funds at an ATM or purchase anything with it as a Mastercard. There are no fees attached I have seen ever when I use it as a debit or credit. They do take $1.24 from the money Geno transfers to me but I haven't incurred any fees from using it. I even get rebates every week I use it. I get a percentage of total purchase put back on my card for the purchases. They only about to about 15 to 34 cents but hey that all adds up over time.
As far as I know I only pay fees when money is sent to me not for purchases by me.

i think it works that when you deposit money into it then thats when the fee applies which is why theres a small fee when geno credits it...after that there is no fee when yu use it only when you credit more to it....and oj...how can you ACCIDENTILY apply for it lmao

I also have a card, I paid £5 to get it initially which was taken straight from my account.
Got the card in about 4 days and the pin number the day after.
You dont need to have a Paypal account to be able to get one of these cards.

I love my paypal debit card!! I can withdraw up to $400 per day from any atm and the only charge is the charge that the atm (bank/credit union) charges which for me is $1.50.
I can also use my debit mastercard anywhere that accepts debit cards and my limit that way is $3,000 per day with no additional charges.
