Help Please

HI,

I exchanged some cc points for 25.00 at SiFi Casino over a week ago and still it is not in my account. I guess I am supposed to send a PM to Casino-Crush, but I (don't laugh) don't know what a PM is or what exactly to do. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi pjjsparrow, I'm sorry about the delay on this and unfortunately Geno is out of town until Sunday but if you could give me your account number I'll make sure he sees it when he returns.

A pm is a private message and if you'd like to try it out, check at the bottom of my post here and it will say "offline" or "online" (depends if I'm at CC or not lol, then "profile", "PM" and finally "email". Click on PM and that will open up a new box that says "OrangeCrush", (that's me lol) subject line, type Hi or what ever you'd like to put there and in the big box type your message, like your account number to Sci-Fi Casino.

That way I'll have it and be able to give it to Geno.

To send pm messages, just go to the top of any forum page in the red section and click on "You have no new messages" or "You have 1 new message" etc. I'll hurry and send you one so hopefully it will say "You have 1 new message" lol.

Also, please don't be afraid to ask any questions you have, CC is a very large forum and can be very confusing, so please ask away! We've all had to learn how to do things around here and trust me we feel your pain! hehee

I look forward to receiving your pm. All else fails ... just post your id here and I'll get you taken care of.
