If you have 100 loyalty points at Big Dollar, go to redeem points section and in drop down menu select Big Shot for $50.00 free!

can someone plz tell me how or where this drop down menu is having a hard time redeeming my points keeps tell me not enough i have over 500 and keeps saying i need 1000 to redeem points i am truly lost. thank you for any help!!!!!!![b]
