My cat is gone, I dont know how she got out but shes gone. I know I always talk crazy about her, but I don't know what to do without her. Im just sad and stressed, wish I had a cigarette. Wish I had my Kitty Perry.

So sorry Cam.Our pets are very special.I'm sure she'll come home,cats wander a lot and always come back.

Aww Carrie I'm sooo sorry hun...I agree with Archie..My sisters Cat was gone for 5 weeks and came home..so there's hope hun..

As much as I bitched & complained about Kellys Hollie Cat..Now that she has moved out with Kelly, I miss her like crazy

yes carrie my mom had a cat that would leave from weeks up to months but always came back,After 5 yrs or so then he didn't come back.Mine has been gone a few times at a time and last summer didn't come in for 2 weeks and I figured he was gone for good but he showed up very skinny but alive and i called and missed him every day.The rescue group says the first thing to do with a cat is call and call and then look around any trees to make sure they are not stuck(which we did find one after 2 days in a tree unable to get down)Also make sure tonight you put out a familar blanket or pillow,etc that has both your kittys and your scent and a bowl of food and water.They then dont want to leave there or wander off.Hope this helps and hope you find your kitty.Also if your kitty knows the sound of a rattling cat food bag then dont forget to go ouut and shake that bag and call...

Char, I was just thinking...when I lived in Santa Fe this cat kept coming around (and I kept feeding it of course) that I thought must be a stray and about 2 weeks later her owner came around to all the neighbors looking for her. Maybe your kitty is being fed by someone around there that doesn't realize she has a home??

I feed stray cats too, there are 4 that come around several times a week. One I named Annie (for Little Orphan Annie) kept trying to come in the house, so I finally let her. Now she's a house cat. I have numbered tags on breakaway collars on my cats,so if they get out or lost, they can phone me. That sounds like my cats can phone me, but you know what I mean. I know how heartbreaking losing a pet can be, so I hope your Kitty Perry finds it's way home real soon.
