John Adams Dollars - 21 Jun 2007

john adams gold dollars just came out in may, so i got 5 of them at the bank just cause they were new,i thought i'd get one for each of my kids and neice and nephews. well, me and my mom were looking at them and they didn't say "in god we trust" so i thought the government stopped putting that saying on out money and i didn't want to collect something that took the lord out of it ,(they lost their collectable value to me) and so i spent them like regular dollars. WELL GUESS WHAT??? they were a minting mistake. they will be worth a fortune a few years down the road. so if any of you have them "PLEASE HANG ONTO THEM!!!! i'm banging my head on the table as i type this!

Oh,oh...don't look the coin catalogues after a few years...
And try to find some more of them...it's like putting money in the bank

P.S. About the "in God we trust" phrase in general...
It's been dicussed a lot everywhere as it's an issue that sticks a bit against the Freedom of Religion...

dummy me even told the bank tellers they weren't worth collecting because they didn't say the phrase. i just figured one more of our freedoms of religion had been taken away just like everything else. go figure...

Oh My Land sakes ..... oooooooooooohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!! I do feel for you!.... I just happened to get an offer for them recently .... and I just ordered the one .... due to income and feasibilities... but I did order one and you can bet.... I will have it in the highest of scrutinies.... and the "In God We Trust".... my personal belief is that if the person's spending "OUR" US dollars don't like what they see on it "US" dollars.....They should do something about their personal problem and move somewhere where they think the $$$ is "ppprriiitttyyyy" or whatever particulars they are in search of.... or better yet..... they are free to go to other places to colonize and start their own system.... just because they can't afford to do such things .... welll perhaps that is not "WE" That "In God WE TrUSt" are responsible for... as teenagers...since they know so much ..... they move out and make their own way while they have ALL the knowledge!!

I would like to Thank You for the heads up on the coinage extra collectible knowledge.....this has not been in the news .... in my area anyway...(but then I have been lost in the games world for a while... I didn't think it was for that long tho....LOL ) Anywhohoweverwhicheverway..... Thanks for the "heads" up....as it were!!
