can someone please get the message to the new rival casinos and microgaming casinos that the court of appeals ruled that the governor of kentucky and legislature had no right to ban internet gambling in kentucky.i am sure there are more people than myself in kentucky who enjoy internet gambling so please help get the message out there.thank you

I am from Kentucky and I have not heard any new news on the gambling situation, but however it is nice to know they did realize they were wrong, I have to go check and see on the net for more information pertaining to this Thanks for the heads up!

I went and searched and I now can say my prayers have been answered however were not out of the wood yet, there could be an appeal, which I read could not likly happen, but who knows, lets keep our fingers crossed and pray earnestly, they do not appeal.

Hi all,

As far as Microgaming go, they have pulled out of the USA completely (for 'new sign-ups' for the time being at least) and so doubtful they will change that.

As for Rival - are you saying that Rival do not allow registrations from Kentucky?

If this is the case, then sure I can pass your message on but of course they will need to be able to show this from a reliable source (i.e. official / government website) - not just someone's personal blog etc.. So, if you have a link then please PM me it to me (if there's more than one site - please just put them all in one message please as my inbox is already clogged).

I want to add that that it affects more of us than just those inside the Kentucky borders. It also includes all the states that BORDER Kentucky, even if we have had accounts with them from their beginning - which not only upsets me, but also confuses me! I find it to be, in my opinion, unfair!

Thanks for anything you can do, Geno! I have always supported them avidly!

dear royal, my IP adressis listed with kentucky. and when i download a casino it says res. of kentucky are not allowed i live in mo. not kentucky. i do not border that state. i border ill. and kanas. so i called cable and spoke to teck. all of the states has IP adressesand #s acourding to states. mine had the wrong #sand thats why it kept saying kentucky instead of mo. so the teck change and it work a while now im getting it again. so somebody goofed up again. so thats why i called cable co. ty josie46

I live in Utah and was told that I lived in Kentucky or bordered Kentucky. Last I checked the states were only a mere 1,400 miles apart. LOL

i cannot find an e-mail address for the decision made by the court of appeals on internet gambling in ky. what i did was google in:decision made by court of appeals on internet gambling in ky. there is a lot of information about it i hope this will help.as far as the rival casinos i can play at davincis gold i am blocked from all the others.
