I have question for members who play at Planet7 Casino.
I am depositing member of this casino for years.Never ,ever cash out any winnings,even I did win over 1K many times, just played more until I lost all
Week ago I use bonus code : ESCAPETOGETHER
This bonus worked from 1st to 15 each month then from 15th to 30th .
Depends on number of players , participants will get bonus money for participation .
I spoke with customer service last Sunday asking about this bonus, and was told they will be added to participants at the end of Tuesday ( today).
Today I did received email from them stating that it was over 1K participants and all of us will be rewarded $ 500 chip and I have to use code : ESCAPED
I was excited , went right a way to cashier and used bonus they send me in email for free $ 500..... it did not worked ! I spoke with customer service and was told ... sorry, this bonus expired !

I am so upset, how can they send you email that says it will expire in 10 days , and then its not working ?

My question is , if any of you ( Planet7 Casino players) participate in this ESCAPETOGETHER and got this email on time ?

I am considering closing this casino for good , just want to make sure if more people were treated same way like me .
