i called and was told no bonus wrong advertised then contacted live support & they asked who sent the email & i told them casino tropez
& they said ok & credited me the $10

They need to know the e-mail came from casino tropez-their sister casino, then you'll receive the bonus. Don't forget the phrase "it's a winning season." This does work for all, but as always you have to be ready when you talk to livesupport,distract them bla-bla-if ideposit 20$ bla-bla-how much bonus..bla....thank you..for the invitation....can you credit.. and so on.....be smart,offensive ,but polite and humble!
