I just love halloween! My kids are 6 and 9 yrs. old and they love it too! We always go downtown on halloween because the merchants all close the streets down and dress up. It's a safe place for the kids to go and they have lots of fun and get lots of candy. Happy Halloween!!

now that my kids are adults and i live in the country i can leave it as i usually dont know its even halloween unless i go into town lol or if NOTLOL comes out in her really cute witch costume

Like ergopro said - Halloween isn't very "big" in Finland.
Still we have had Halloween parties with friends ... decorated the house, lots of cool "scary" drinks and stuff to eat ... A friend of mine made Halloween cake few years back and "worms" were crawling out of it - it looked oh so ewwwwww, but tasted like heaven.
When it got dark there was "Halloween path" at the near by woods and s**t it was scary, but so much fun ...
The evening/night ended in early morning hours after Depeche Mode dvds "ran out" LOL and we were too tired (AND under influence LMAO) of listening all the '80s hits by playing the game "if you don't know this song drink up" LMAO

Halloween is cool!! Love seeing all the little ones in their costumes. I usually decorate and have some themed music that I play (with speakers in the windows so it can be heard out on the street)
Love that Cerial Killer idea... I just might use that this year LOL

I love Halloween. I try to decorate the house as scary as possible. I also force my husband to put most scary costume , kidds are love it when they come for candys.Autumn is my favorite season and Halloween brings all the fun to it.

Well...i come from greece...
Total different as for halloween....
we called with a different name ( apokria) or carnival and its on a moving week in february.
Lotsa things is happening at that time and we are having a lot of fun...
we dont do trick or treat thingys but we got some events comes from a long time ago....in many sities they do events even got them from ancient times with dansing to put away deamons with scary masks and huge bells on the neck.
In larger sities like athens they make events in a well known old place called plaka where all ppl go for drink eat and have fun with some huge plastic clubs hitting eachother.
My best one was when i was dressed as a Jane... my bf as tarzan and we got a costume of a monkey dressed up my litle boy so he was always on the neck of my bf makes us Tarzan-Jane and chita. got a reward for that night lol

before i had my daughter, i could have done with out holloween. now that i have my daughter and al has his son it is fun to watch them get excited and dress up. As cold as it sometimes is here on holloween, it is worth freezing my butt off to watch the kids go door to door in their costumes and get candy.

we love halloween every year me,my sisters and my brother take all our kids to trick or treatat grandpa jerrys house. then we we go about three blocks up to a nieghborhood full of great big houses they always give the kids full sized candy bars .sometimes to or three depending on how late it is.and their houses are always decorated so neat. that is our absolutely favorite thing to do on halloween.

Halloween is my favorite , we love to decorate the inside and outside of the house. I dress up with my kids and we all go trick a treating i dont know who has more fun them or me.

I love Halloween...(Christmas is my fav though) but I love going trick or treating with my kiddies..who I thought would not want to go again this year being the teens are here but they do want to go and I am phyched!!! Soo....Halloween??? LOVE IT!!
