So I logged into the account, and there was nothing there. I went to live help and explained, and the guy told me to copy and paste a copy of the email. I did that, then waited about 10 minutes, but no reply I asked if anyone was there and after a few more minutes there was still no reply so I closed the window and opened a new one. I then explained everything to the next guy who made me wait 5 mins - I was already getting pretty annoyed cos after all - it was only $5...

He then came back and told me that that offer was not meant for me. I then said that it was emailed to me, addressed me by name, and used my account number, so surely it was meant for me. The guy then said that it was sent out by mistake and that freebie is only meant to go out to players that have NOT deposited in the last 3 months. Because I have deposited, I am not eligible. Of course I complained that it isn't fair that I am missing out because I am a depositor, and that the fact that I was sent the email means I should get the bonus ITS FIVE BUCKS!!! But the guy still said I would not receive it and "is there anthing else I can help you with?"

Grrrrrr, I told him to close my account as I will be making all future deposits in a casino that rewards its depositors, not punishes them for it - I never receive deposit bonuses from them, and i have never received a freebie - just wondering if anyone slse has had trouble with them? My daughter had trouble with them and closed her account there recently also.

I'm sorry to hear you complain about this place - as a regular depositor here I've had nothing but good to say about them and their bonuses as a depositor.

Grand Mondial is my personal favorite online casino, but i have to agree with Carolewh. I too am a regular depositor, and i too have not received any free money from GM only for opening an acct. (if i remember right that was $5) i do not receive any free bonuses, not even a christmas bonus...only if i made a deposit. which i did, several deposits. If i may ask Carolewh, please where are you from? I'm from the USA and i believe that is the #1 reason for not, receiving any free bonus money!
and i beieve the casino's (most of them) feel if we deposit our money, why should they give us any free money, they usually only offer freebies to patrons who don't deposit. please i hope this question is okay to post here? on my homepage on the casino, it is still showing, the new games for November, when i contacted live support he informed me no new games are out for December, yet most other micro's have the new games for Dec. and it is almost January. Just curious if anyone has the new games for Dec. on their Grand Mondial or Casino Share casino software? sorry don't mean to change the subject! luvslots

Well the Play Share Group does have some of the new games but they're in the flash versions of the Casinos...I had talked to support a few weeks back and they said they couldn't put them in the download version...

I didn't mind because Deck The Halls is the only new game I like and that's in the flash version...

I have NEVER had a problem with either Grand Mondial or Casino Share and I've cashed out lots from both casinos without a hitch...Their customer service I find has ALWAYS been outstanding in my experience...

The Play Share Group I believe goes above and beyond than a lot of other casinos...

I'm sorry that you had a negative experience...any email that I've gotten in error they have always honoured and I do deposit quite a bit...not as much as before, but enough to receive CC VIP pts pretty much every month...

Perhaps the person/persons you spoke to was having a bad day, I know that's no excuse but it's a possibility...

I find The Play Share Group is one of the best out there...

This is only my opinion...

Thanks anyway crush i really did not expect for you to do anything bout me not receiving a xmas bonus, or any bonus for that matter. I can only imagine how busy you are! i just wanted to reply to Carolewh post. I am truly sorry for posting my thoughts regarding bonuses with the playshare

I deposited on average twice a month, usually only $25n - $50 a time. I do agree with sisters though that they pay withdrawals with no problems, so to be fair I probably should have mentioned that as well. But I am a regular depositor at a few casinos, and many others reward their depositors and not just leave them off their freebies list cos they already have them. So I cancelled my account with Grand Mondial and have decided to just stick with Spin Palace (for microgaming) and Davincis Gold (for Rival).

I was just annoyed after being polite with the guy from live help, and him being quite rude, and I thought they should have honoured the email - the time I spent with live help was probably longer than it would have taken for me to lose the $5

And I am from Australia LUVSLOTS so I don't think being in the US has anything to do with it

I need to put in my two cents on this one..
Grand Mondial has been one of my favorite casinos..and one of my worse LoL..if that makes any sense..
I also was very agravated by the fact I received no xmas freebies etc..(i didn't even get the email in error) but since I am a regular weekly depositor here I was thinking that they should do something for us..
well I was wrong..they arent..It really seems that the only people that receive things like free spins etc are those that do not deposit..I think it is because they are going after the players that dont deposit..since we already play there, there is no incentive..
In a business you would think that building customer loyalty would be an incentive but I guess in the world of online gaming..it isn't..
Now..on a more positive note..
I have been able to make their lack of free spins etc be played to my advantage...actually when I have asked them about rewarding their loyal players with a bonus etc they come back with a "no"..then I ask them if they will top off my loyalty points for me and believe it or not..nine times out of ten they do it without a problem. I am talking like 2000 points sometimes..so I really cannot complain.. I am just sharing this with you all because I wanted you to know that maybe you can ask support to do this for you and at least get five dollars to play with..
No promises..but it worth a try wink

anyway hopefully this makes sense to all of you, im writing this really fast..

Me too! I am a several times weekly depositor and have put in hundreds in the last few months and never received a christmas or new years bonus. I have 3900 loyalty points and they wouldn't top them up for me tonight. I asked for a bonus and they said all I would get is a 30% weekend bonus on Sat and Sun. I love microgaming and play a lot and was really upset that I got nothing. I get the 777 points for the month. I agree with you guys. I feel they do not seek to keep their depositing players but rather try to attract new ones with their gifts. I really like my mom's casino, which is Villento as she gets 40 free spins every Tuesday but I can't play there as we are in the same house. I have mine and she has hers. I wish Grand Mondial would give me something like that! : )

dont really play at grand mondial.....but have to put my 2 cents in worth lol...i feel if you play at a casino and know it is trustworthy and that you get paid out quickly with no problems then id still keep playing at it even if they dont give regular freebies... i play at ladbrokes and deposit probably a minimum of £100 a week normally more and never once have i had a birthday or xmas bonus...apart from the regular match bonuses and free spins from scratchcards and playing certain games etc they arent the type of casino that just drops freebies in your account for nothing...but id never swap them for any other...people have got to think and say would i rather get a small bonus or get paid my winnings with no hassles...i know what id prefer lol

Ladbrokes Casino is the best in the world i think,

and as for the subject of this post, i received an email with my account number name all correct, with the email saying i was eligible for the £400 welcome offer, so i contacted support, and they said it was sent out in error but as i received it from them as long as i forwarded it to them they would honour the email offer, and i got the welcome offer again.

I looked at my deposits and the email was sent almost exactly a year after my last deposit there.

Im not happy with Grand Mondial at all. They offer 777 loyalty points per month if you locate the "X". Ive found it twice, clicked it, been congratulated on finding it, and thats the end of it really. Ive never received one loyalty point, Ive never received a freeby bonus...........I take it its because Ive never deposited, but as Carole said a bonus is for non depositers, it can't be that reason. Im begining to think its just me lol
