So I logged into the account, and there was nothing there. I went to live help and explained, and the guy told me to copy and paste a copy of the email. I did that, then waited about 10 minutes, but no reply I asked if anyone was there and after a few more minutes there was still no reply so I closed the window and opened a new one. I then explained everything to the next guy who made me wait 5 mins - I was already getting pretty annoyed cos after all - it was only $5...
He then came back and told me that that offer was not meant for me. I then said that it was emailed to me, addressed me by name, and used my account number, so surely it was meant for me. The guy then said that it was sent out by mistake and that freebie is only meant to go out to players that have NOT deposited in the last 3 months. Because I have deposited, I am not eligible. Of course I complained that it isn't fair that I am missing out because I am a depositor, and that the fact that I was sent the email means I should get the bonus ITS FIVE BUCKS!!! But the guy still said I would not receive it and "is there anthing else I can help you with?"
Grrrrrr, I told him to close my account as I will be making all future deposits in a casino that rewards its depositors, not punishes them for it - I never receive deposit bonuses from them, and i have never received a freebie - just wondering if anyone slse has had trouble with them? My daughter had trouble with them and closed her account there recently also.
