yes that's what i have been thinking, maybe they are going under.

that would be so sad though, but hopefully i can get my $ before they

This is just a thought, maybe they should not have started the free

tourney's, they are still fairly new. maybe they should have waited

alittle longer, i'll bet they are losing big bucks on the free torney's!!

just an update...still no info on my end..No tracking number still can't say who it was sent through..

I am soo mad but I dont know what else i can do..
i asked to speak to their manager mario..at first they said he is busy then they say he isn't there. I guess he doesn't want to speak to me

kellye sorry to hear you are still having problems getting your $

last night i did get my tracking #, and was informed my $ is right around

the corner! (ok, really would much rather have it in my hand than around

the corner) i had another chat with support this evening, was informed

my $ should be here by Friday, 8/1

I have to say i was really upset during the chat, mostly because i was

finally informed the check had to be reissued, (ok) said they were

having problems with their processors, and it was fixed now. Finally i

said i was upset and needed to end this chat, oh yeah i did mention

had i known i would have to wait this long to be paid, i would not have

made any more deposits, and would not be making any more in the

future! (support guaranteed this would not happen in the future )

Im not really sure what's going on, but i'm keeping my fingers crossed

and hoping i get my ck by Friday. I wish you all the Luck, i hope it all

works out for you! I did go to casinomeister to "pitch a bitch" the first

thing you have to do, after you sign up (with casinomeister) is contact the casino manager. Best Of Luck!!!! luvslots

Funny you should say you were so upset you had to leave the chat. The same exact thing happened to me the other day when I was on chat with them. Actually I had to leave and throw up..It was terrible..
Im glad you at least received your tracking number. Mine apparently is no where to be found and they wont even tell me when this is going to be fixed. He slipped on the phone with me today and said that there was some checks that were reissued and I said what? Ive never heard that before and he said "because maybe we dont want everyone to know".
I have never seen such terrible support in all my years playing at online casinos. I think it is pretty sad when a casino cannot give a player something as simple as a tracking number or even the courier that will have the payout..what courier had yours by the way? maybe that might give me a hint to who is having mine..
He also told me that 29 people were in the same boat i am in..hmm
Im just crossing my fingers that I do receive my money and I sware I am NEVER going to deposit there again..
Let me know bout the courier k?

sorry to hear you still are getting the round around. I just received a

phone call, informing me my $ would be in my acct in 48 hrs. I was

not told who the courier would be. never thought to ask, sorry! I

already informed GM i would not be depositing any more with them in

the furture. I strongly suggest you go to Casino Meister and

ask for help. Good Luck, i hope everything works out, for you.

Dear imkel,

I'm awaiting a full response on this. Sorry I'm a bit behind with PMs but I've now sent the info and hope to hear back by Monday (of course if I hear back sooner I will let you know before).

If you are thinking of going to another board to sort it out , I would recommend against having more than one board looking into it for you - this will only add confusion and more delay. I have sent it off now so I'd suggest you now please wait for that response. This is from experience of dealing with such things - so if you have already asked other boards to investigate then you might have prolonged things - of course - we'll do our best.
