Hi Everyone,
I was reading where Grand Mondial did a payout to eco card in less than 24 hours..I am amazed because I am having a terrible time getting my money from them. I have a cashoutfor $1900.00 that was processed by them last monday 7/21. They said they have sent the money ach to my acct but I am still waiting on it to hit my account. After speaking to support a few times I was told that it takes 11 days to post to my account..does that seem correct? maybe someone out there can shed some light on this for me because I really think that is a long time.
Any of your thoughts on this is greatly appreciated..

support told me the same thing but actually the same day money was in my bank account. Are yousure they sent it to the right account

I am thinking the same thing..I did verify the details etc.and they were correct..I am worried about this because after I had requested this withdrawal, I went into verify it with the casino etc..they told me they had sent me a courier check..and I said what?? because I had made it imperative that it not be a courier check due to the fact I am traveling etc..after they went back to their payment processor and said no, they were wrong it was indeed ach and not a courier check..so i waited and waited, after a few more days i went back to support and inquired as to the status and they again told me a courier check..only when they went further to verify it did they tell me it was ach..so it seems like there may be a problem on their end...
Im getting worried and I am not sure what I should do now because I know an ach transfer doesn't take eleven days..
any ideas on what i should do next ??

That sounds like a really long time hun! I've received my withdrawals from them 24-48 hours no problems going to EcoCard/Quicktender.

I would ask to speak with a supervisor, some places call them floor managers and have them research it for you and ask them to get back with you asap.

Hi, Hun I got a wire transfer from them, it took 5 bussiness days to hit my account, they sent it out on a friday, and I got it the following friday,

I know this is no joking matter. In fact, it is deadly serious.

But I swear this is the truth: When I asked Support if I could speak with their Floor Manager, she told me that the janitorial staff left at 7 o'clock!

I started laughing so hard I had to leave her without another word.

received a check no later than 14days. also i was informed by support

they only payout ach if the amount is 10,000 or more. Hummm


i have a cashout that was processed on 6/30 and i'm still waiting for

the check. I spoke to live chat more than once and they have informed

me they will have to turn this over to the dept that handles the payouts.

i was informed to contact live support again this evening for an update.

Please can someone let me know how you receive your winnings ach,

even though the payment owed is less than 10,000?

THANK YOU ALL FOR THE GOOD IDEAS ETC..
Last night i was on the phone with GM for hours..after checking everything they now tell me it was sent via courier check. They told me that they have no control. It depends on the amount of the withdraw as to what payout method is used..
the worst thing is the day i won the money , i sent them paperwork etc..providing to them a new address because i was moving that weekend. They confirmed they got it etc..but for some unknown reason someone dropped the ball and it was sent courier to my OLD address..UGH..
to make matters worse they can't tell me what courier service and they can try to get me a tracking number but that takes at least two days.

I am sooo mad...I feel like i am dealing with a bunch of idiots over there.
I know that they are trying to help me but it sounds like the system and support they have over there is a really bad setup.
I do want to say they are very nice etc..but when u are told a different thing everyday, u start to wonder. At this moment I am not fully convinced that it is coming as a courier check. I find it hard to believe it takes this long to get a tracking code on a payout.

anyway I will keep you all posted on the situation. Hopefully I can intercept the check at my old address if it was indeed sent that way.

Wow they never told me anything about ten thousand dollars etc..
it seems like the amounts change to suit the person they are dealing with.
I have heard about five different amounts from five different people over there..
Luvslots I would ask them for a tracking number on your cashout..to me that is way way too long..and at this point you have the right to demand some answers..just my thoughts..

i just had a chat with live support, again. was told no feedback yet, check

back tomorrow. Thanks for all your help, i am really upset about not

receiving my check, but i'm more upset about not being informed

about the money being sent. i just keep getting the same response,

live support, says they have not received any feedback, please

contact us again, tomorrow. really sucks!!!

GrandMondial was my fav, i'm not really sure now, maybe i need to

You deserve an answer..not the runaround..

Im kinda worried..this casino could be going bad on us..
